• What are UltraBreaks? 

    UltraBreaks is an innovative coin collecting concept inspired by the excitement of ripping packs of trading cards. Each pack of UltraBreaks contains a limited edition PCGS MS70 Ultra coin. Ultra labels are exceptionally exclusive limited labels developed by PCGS. One in 10 packs features an Ultra Gold Rush Label. Only one in 100 contains the elusive Ultra Infinity Label - one of the rarest labels by PCGS.

  • How long will my coin take to reach me?  

    Many orders are processed for shipping within 3 business days, but it could take up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your item to ship. Orders that include Preorder items will ship once all items are available. Preorders typically ship within 8-10 weeks.

  • Do you offer Priority or Overnight Shipping? 

    Many shipments are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority shipping free of charge. To prevent fraud we do not offer overnight shipping under any circumstance.

  • Can I return my order?

    No. We do not accept returns on any products. Due to the variable nature of the product, all sales are considered final once the purchase is completed.

  • Can I cancel my order? 

    No. Due to the variable nature of this product, all sales are considered final.

  • What if the item is damaged? Can I get a replacement?

    If the item you received is damaged, you must contact our Customer Service within 3 business days upon receipt. Please provide photo evidence of the damage and our team will review it. If we find it eligible for replacement, we will issue it as soon as possible. Replacement process usually takes 3-5 business days excluding the shipping time, in case that the item needs to be returned to the facility. No refund will be offered since all sales are considered final.

  • What if my shipping address is incorrect? 

    If your shipping address is incorrect, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@ultrabreaks.com immediately. The correction must be done internally by updating the records in our system. If the customer failed to do so before the order was shipped and delivered, UltraBreaks will not be held liable to replace the order. The customer needs to contact USPS and may request them to intercept the package (if it is not delivered yet).

  • My package says delivered but there’s nothing in my mailbox or front door. 

    Please contact your local post office and ask them to locate your package. Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered by mistake, so there is a chance that they still have it. If the Post Office has confirmed that your package had been delivered, you need to file a police report for the stolen order/package. Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to replace a missing order if is has been successfully delivered.

  • My order has the same status when I check the tracking history, is it stuck? 

    If there is no movement at all for at least 15 days, the order will be considered lost in transit. Please report it to our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice@ultrabreaks.com and our representative will file the claim with our insurance. Claim processing time may take 5-15 days. Once approved, we'll send you the replacement immediately.

  • A few reminder while you're waiting for your UltraBreaks to be delivered

    Shipping Address - make sure your shipping address is accurate and if there is a unit/room/apt number, please indicate it. If your shipping address is incorrect, please call or email our Customer Service immediately. The correction must be done internally by updating the records in our system. If the customer failed to do so before the order was shipped and delivered, UltraBreaks will not be responsible for replacing the order. The customer needs to contact USPS and may request them to intercept the package if it has not been delivered yet. Tracking information - once your order is confirmed for shipment you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
