If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. All products sold by UltraBreaks are delivered in the condition stated as per generally accepted industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. For shipping damage, customers should file a claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to UltraBreaks within 24 hours of receipt of the corresponding order. We strive to process all orders within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of full payment of order. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to cancel any order. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from UltraBreaks acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

If package says delivered but there's nothing in your mailbox or front door

Please contact the local post office to request assistance in locating the package. In some cases, packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered, and the post office may still have the item in their possession. If the post office confirms that the package was successfully delivered, a police report must be filed for the stolen order/package. Unfortunately, a missing order cannot be replaced once delivery has been confirmed.

 

Flat rate domestic shipping: The cost of our flat rate shipping is $7.00 to anywhere in the United States for all orders under $299.95. All orders $299.95 and over ship for free!

Standard International Shipping: Available for Australia, the UK and Canada at a flat fee of $50.

RETURNS

Mystery products are final sale. This includes all formats of mystery boxes and packs (UltraBreaks, Fast Breaks, Breaks HQ, Stack Pack, and similar items). Due to the nature of randomized odds, these products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
