• How to claim: To claim the Golden Ticket, winners must follow the instructions provided with their winning Golden Ticket within 14 days.

1. Sponsor

   The Ultrabreaks Golden Ticket Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by ProNumismatics LLC, doing business as Ultrabreaks (“Sponsor”), 9935-D Rea Rd #237, Charlotte, NC 28277.

2. Eligibility

   Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

   The Promotion begins on 9/30/2025 and ends when all eligible Ultrabreaks Golden Ticket packs for this series have been distributed (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

   • Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, purchase an eligible Ultrabreaks pack. Certain packs will include a unique Golden Ticket code.
   • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Ultrabreaks Golden Ticket Promotion, 9935-D Rea Rd #237, Charlotte, NC 28277. Limit one (1) entry per household.

5. Ultimate Redemption

   • Ultimate Redemption (1 Winner): One (1) Ultimate Redemption will receive the designated “Chase Card” for this series. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.
   • Runner-Up Prize (All Other Participants): Each valid Golden Ticket code that is not the Ultimate Redemption will receive a 15% discount code for use on a future Ultrabreaks order. Discount codes may be subject to expiration date of March 31st 2026, and other restrictions.

   Total ARV of all prizes: $50 + aggregate discounts.

6. Winner Selection and Verification

   The Golden Ticket containing the Ultimate Redemption code has been randomly inserted into eligible packs prior to distribution. Odds of winning depend on the total number of packs produced and distributed.

   To claim the Ultimate Redemption, the potential winner must email customerservice@ultrabreaks.com with the unique winning code and proof of purchase within 14 days of discovery. The Sponsor will verify eligibility before awarding the prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

   Odds of receiving the Ultimate Redemption Golden Ticket depend on the number of eligible packs sold. Only one (1) Ultimate Redemption Golden Ticket exists for this series.

8. General Conditions

   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Promotion.

9. Publicity Release

   By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

    Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Governing Law

    This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
